Normative acts regulating the internal organization and operation of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia are as follows: 1. The Rules of Procedure of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia were issued on 20 April 1999 by the President of the Supreme Court, following an opinion obtained from the General Convention of the Supreme Court. 2. The Rules on the Internal Order of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia were issued by the President of the Supreme Court on 24 June 2001, following the previous consent of the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Local Self-Government of 09. March 2001, class 112-02/00-01/998, no. 514-05-04/432/98-2. 3. The Ruling on Changes and Amendments to the Rules on the Internal Order of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia of 01 March 2002 were issued by the President of the Supreme Court following the previous consent of the Ministry of Justice, Administration and Local Self-Government of 14 March 2002, class 112/02/01/803, no. 514-06-01-105/XI.
